Pricing

All prices are in £ sterling and Exclusive of VAT, (where applicable), we will show VAT separately at checkout and include it in the total price. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges which are quoted separately at Checkout All Prices may be subject to change without notice,  

Product Images and descriptions

Please note that The Images used are for representation only whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur. Our Descriptions are meant to give you an idea of the garment although we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions on these.

Delabelling

Cut Labels Ltd buys Its Stock From Various Factories throughout the World who manufacture for Brands such as BHS, Monsoon, M&S, Debenhams to name but a few, This stock is Generally classed as Overstocks, Cancelled Orders, Surplus Etc. It is a Legal Requirement in the Uk That All Stock is Delabelled Before Resale, We will always ensure that the Size and Care instructions are on the garment.
If on a rare occasion a Logo or Trademark of any Company Still remains on the garment then it is your responsibility to remove these fully to comply with UK requirements and under no Circumstances will Cutlabels Ltd Accept any responsibility for any fines incurred and should any Fines arise from such non action you will reimburse Cut Labels Ltd Upon Proof of such Fines

Legal

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
